So he took him and brought (ēgagen | ἤγαγεν | aor act ind 3 sg) him to the commanding officer and said, “The prisoner Paul called me and asked me to (agagein | ἀγαγεῖν | aor act inf ) bring (agagein | ἀγαγεῖν | aor act inf ) this young man to you, as he has something to say to you.”

And when the argument became violent, the commanding officer, afraid that Paul would be torn apart by them, commanded the soldiers to go down and take him away from among them by force and bring (agein | ἄγειν | pres act inf ) him into the barracks.

as also the high priest and the whole council of elders can bear me witness. From them I received letters to the brothers, and I went toward Damascus to take (axōn | ἄξων | fut act ptcp nom sg masc) those also who were there and bring them in bonds to Jerusalem to be punished.
