Jesus gathered his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean (akathartōn | ἀκαθάρτων | gen pl neut) spirits so that they could drive them out and heal every kind of disease and sickness.

For God has not called us for impurity (akatharsia | ἀκαθαρσίᾳ | dat sg fem), but in holiness.

For our appeal was not based on deceit, nor did it rise from impure motives (akatharsias | ἀκαθαρσίας | gen sg fem) or by way of trickery,

Therefore put to death Therefore whatever is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity (akatharsian | ἀκαθαρσίαν | acc sg fem), lust, evil desire, evil and covetousness, which is idolatry.

But sexual immorality and every kind of impurity (akatharsia | ἀκαθαρσία | nom sg fem) or covetousness must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among the saints;

Having lost all feeling of shame, they have given themselves over to debauchery for the practice of every kind of impurity (akatharsias | ἀκαθαρσίας | gen sg fem) with covetousness.

Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity (akatharsia | ἀκαθαρσία | nom sg fem), debauchery,

I am afraid that when I come, my God may again humble me before you, and that I will mourn for many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity (akatharsia | ἀκαθαρσίᾳ | dat sg fem), sexual immorality, and debauchery in which they indulged.

(I am speaking in human terms because of your natural limitations.) For just as you presented your members as slaves to impurity (akatharsia | ἀκαθαρσίᾳ | dat sg fem) and to lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness, leading to sanctification.

Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity (akatharsian | ἀκαθαρσίαν | acc sg fem), so that they dishonored their bodies among themselves.
