For the promise is for you and for your children (teknois | τέκνοις | dat pl neut) and for all who are far away — as many as the Lord our God will call to himself.”
They answered him, saying, “Our father is Abraham!” Jesus said to them, “If you were really Abraham’s children (tekna | τέκνα | nom pl neut), you would be doing the deeds of Abraham.
And they will tear down both you and the children (tekna | τέκνα | acc pl neut) within you, and they will not leave stone upon stone in you, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”
Then Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, there is no one who has left home or wife or siblings or parents or children (tekna | τέκνα | acc pl neut), for the sake of the kingdom of God
But Abraham said, ‘Child (teknon | τέκνον | voc sg neut), remember that you received your good things during your lifetime, and Lazarus correspondingly received bad things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish.
