This means it is not the children (tekna | τέκνα | nom pl neut) of the flesh who are children (tekna | τέκνα | nom pl neut) of God, but the children (tekna | τέκνα | nom pl neut) of the promise are counted as descendants.
neither are they all children (tekna | τέκνα | nom pl neut) of Abraham because they are his descendants; on the contrary, “It is through Isaac that your descendants will be named.”
and if children (tekna | τέκνα | nom pl neut), then heirs, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.
