2 Peter 2:19	They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whatever a man is overcome (hēttētai \| ἥττηται \| perf pass ind 3 sg), to this he is enslaved.
2 Peter 2:20	For if after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they (hēttōntai \| ἡττῶνται \| pres pass ind 3 pl) are (hēttōntai \| ἡττῶνται \| pres pass ind 3 pl) again entangled in them and overcome (hēttōntai \| ἡττῶνται \| pres pass ind 3 pl), the last state has become for them worse than the first.
