Acts 27:1 And when it was decided that we would sail for Italy, they delivered Paul and some other prisoners (desmōtas | δεσμώτας | acc pl masc) to a centurion, named Julius, of the Augustan Cohort.
Acts 27:42 It was the plan of the soldiers to kill the prisoners (desmōtas | δεσμώτας | acc pl masc), so none could escape by swimming away.
