Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober-minded, and set your hope completely on the grace (charin | χάριν | acc sg fem) that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace (charitos | χάριτος | gen sg fem) that would come to you investigated diligently and examined with care,
elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father by being set apart by the Spirit for obedience and for sprinkling with the blood of Jesus Christ. May grace (charis | χάρις | nom sg fem) and peace be yours in ever increasing measure.
But he gives greater grace (charin | χάριν | acc sg fem). That is why scripture says, “God opposes the proud but he gives grace (charin | χάριν | acc sg fem) to the humble.”
Do not be swept off your feet by all sorts of strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace (chariti | χάριτι | dat sg fem), not by foods, with which their adherents are not benefited.
Therefore since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful (charin | χάριν | acc sg fem), and in this way worship God in an acceptable manner, with reverence and awe,
Take care that no one forfeits the grace (charitos | χάριτος | gen sg fem) of God; and that no root of bitterness grows up and causes trouble and by it many are defiled.
How much greater punishment do you think will be deserved by the one who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was made holy, and has insulted the Spirit of grace (charitos | χάριτος | gen sg fem)?
