Now if Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
For I passed on to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
For just as the physical body is one yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so also is the body of Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc).
But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc), and the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc) is God.
The cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a sharing in the blood of Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc)? The bread that we break, is it not a sharing in the body of Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc)?
and all drank the same spiritual drink; for they used to drink from the spiritual rock that followed them, and that rock was Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc).
To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (though I am not free from the law of God but subject to the law of Christ) (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc) that I might win those outside the law.
