After Judas had taken the morsel (psōmion | ψωμίον | acc sg neut) of bread, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him, “What you are going to do, do quickly.”
Jesus replied, “It is the one to whom I will give this morsel (psōmion | ψωμίον | acc sg neut) of (psōmion | ψωμίον | acc sg neut) bread (psōmion | ψωμίον | acc sg neut) after I have dipped it in the dish.” Then he dipped the morsel (psōmion | ψωμίον | acc sg neut) and gave it to Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son.
If I give away (psōmisō | ψωμίσω | aor act subj 1 sg) everything I own, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it benefits me nothing.
To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed (psōmize | ψώμιζε | pres act imperative 2 sg) him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by doing this you will heap burning coals on his head.”
I know your works, that you are neither cold (psychros | ψυχρός | nom sg masc) nor hot. Would that you were either cold (psychros | ψυχρός | nom sg masc) or hot!
And whoever, because he is a disciple, gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold (psychrou | ψυχροῦ | gen sg neut) water to drink, I tell you the truth, he will by no means lose his reward.”
The native people showed us no ordinary kindness, for they kindled a fire and welcomed us all, because it had begun to rain and because of the cold (psychos | ψῦχος | acc sg neut).
