And they were seeking to arrest him, but feared the people (ochlon | ὄχλον | acc sg masc), for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them. So they left him and went away.
And the ruling priests and the scribes heard of this and began seeking how they could destroy him, for they feared him, because all the people (ochlos | ὄχλος | nom sg masc) were impressed by his teaching.
And they came to Jericho. And as he was going out from Jericho with his disciples and a considerable crowd (ochlou | ὄχλου | gen sg masc), a blind beggar, Bartimaeus the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the road.
Then Jesus left that place and went to the region of Judea and beyond the Jordan, and crowds (ochloi | ὄχλοι | nom pl masc) gathered around him again. And again, as was his custom, he began to teach them.
When Jesus saw that a crowd (ochlos | ὄχλος | nom sg masc) was quickly gathering, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “Mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again!”
When he had called the crowd (ochlon | ὄχλον | acc sg masc) with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone wants to come be my disciple, he must deny himself, take up his cross and follow me.
