Just then there came a man named Jairus. This man was a ruler of the synagogue, and he fell at (para | παρά | prep-acc) the feet of Jesus and implored him to come into his house,

Then people went out to see what happened, and they came to Jesus and found the man from whom the demons had come out, sitting at (para | παρά | prep-acc) the feet of Jesus, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid.

Those along (para | παρά | prep-acc) the path are the ones who hear — then the devil comes and takes away the word from their heart, so that they may not believe and be saved.

“A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell along (para | παρά | prep-acc) the path and was trampled underfoot, and the birds of heaven devoured it.

and standing behind him at (para | παρά | prep-acc) his feet, weeping, she began to bathe his feet with her tears. She kept wiping his feet with the hair of her head, and kissing them and pouring the perfume on them.

And all the crowd was trying to touch him, because power was coming out from (par | παρ᾿ | prep-gen) him and healing them all.

and he saw two boats by (para | παρά | prep-acc) the lake, but the fishermen had gotten out of them and were washing their nets.

It happened that, when the crowd was pressing around him and listening to the word of God, that he was standing beside (para | παρά | prep-acc) the lake of Gennesaret

And he said to them, “Collect no more than (para | παρά | prep-acc) what has been prescribed for you.”
