“I tell you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd), my friends, do not fear those who can kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do.

Woe to you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter yourselves, and have hindered those who wanted to enter.”

from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who perished between the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, I tell you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd), it will be charged against this generation.

So you are witnesses: you approve of the deeds of your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) fathers, because while they killed them, you (hymeis | ὑμεῖς | nom pl 2nd) build the memorials.

Woe to you! (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) For you build memorials to the prophets, but your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) fathers killed them.

Jesus replied, “Woe to you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) lawyers also! For you load people down with burdens hard to bear, yet you yourselves will not touch the burdens with one of your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) fingers.

Woe to you! (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) For you are like unmarked tombs; people walk over them without realizing it.”

Woe to you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) Pharisees! For you love the seat of honor in the synagogues and greetings in the marketplaces.

But woe to you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and every kind of garden herb, yet disregard justice and the love of God. These you should have done, without neglecting the others.

Rather, in connection with what is inside, you should give alms, and then everything will be clean for you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd).
