And not being in harmony among themselves, they departed after Paul made one further statement (rhēma | ῥῆμα | acc sg neut). “The Holy Spirit was right in saying to your fathers through Isaiah the prophet:

But Paul said, “I am not out of my mind, most excellent Festus, but true and rational are the words (rhēmata | ῥήματα | acc pl neut) that I declare.

The constables reported these words (rhēmata | ῥήματα | acc pl neut) to the magistrates. And they were afraid when they heard that they were Roman citizens.

As they went out, the people begged that these things (rhēmata | ῥήματα | acc pl neut) be discussed with them on the next Sabbath.

And I remembered the word (rhēmatos | ῥήματος | gen sg neut) of the Lord, how he said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’

who will speak to you by which you and your entire household will be saved.’

While Peter was still speaking these words (rhēmata | ῥήματα | acc pl neut), the Holy Spirit came on all those who were listening to the message.

you yourselves know the account (rhēma | ῥῆμα | acc sg neut) that spread throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John proclaimed,

And they said, “Cornelius, a centurion, an upright man and one who fears God, who is well spoken of by the whole nation of the Jews, was directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and to hear words (rhēmata | ῥήματα | acc pl neut) from you.”

and they set up false witnesses who said, “This man does not stop saying words (rhēmata | ῥήματα | acc pl neut) against this holy place and the law,
