And when the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue. And many, when they heard him, were astonished, saying, “Where does this man get these things? What wisdom (sophia | σοφία | nom sg fem) has been given to him? How are such mighty works done through his hands? his are done

And upon arriving at his hometown, he taught them in their synagogue so that they were amazed and said, “Where did this man get such wisdom (sophia | σοφία | nom sg fem) and miraculous powers?

The queen of the South will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom (sophian | σοφίαν | acc sg fem) of Solomon; and look, something greater than Solomon is here!

The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Look at him! A glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ Yet wisdom (sophia | σοφία | nom sg fem) is shown to be right by what she does.”

and Joanna, wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward, and Susanna) (Sousanna | Σουσάννα | nom sg fem) and many other women who cared for their needs out of their own resources.

so that handkerchiefs (soudaria | σουδάρια | acc pl neut) and aprons were carried off from his body for the sick, and diseases were driven away by them and evil spirits came out.

and the face (soudarion | σουδάριον | acc sg neut) cloth that had been on Jesus’ head; it was not lying with the linen wrappings but rolled up in a place by itself.

The dead man came out, his feet and his hands bound with strips of cloth, and his face wrapped in a cloth (soudariō | σουδαρίῳ | dat sg neut). Jesus said to them, “Unwrap him, and let him go.”

Then the other came, saying, ‘Master, look, your mina that I kept laid away in a piece (soudariō | σουδαρίῳ | dat sg neut) of cloth,

but I did not want to do anything without your (sēs | σῆς | gen sg fem2nd) consent, so that your helpfulness might not be by compulsion but by your own free will.
