It is not what goes into the mouth (stoma | στόμα | acc sg neut) that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth (stomatos | στόματος | gen sg neut); this defiles a person.”
so that what was spoken by the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, “I will open my mouth (stoma | στόμα | acc sg neut) in parables; I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.”
You offspring of snakes! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth (stoma | στόμα | nom sg neut) speaks.
Blessed are those who wash their robes (stolas | στολάς | acc pl fem), so they will have the right to the tree of life and may enter the city by its gates.
