But this I confess to you (soi | σοι | dat sg 2nd), that according to the Way, which they call a sect, thus I worship the God of our fathers, believing all things that are according to the Law and written in the Prophets,
And Paul responded, when the governor motioned to him to speak: “Knowing that for many years you (se | σε | acc sg 2nd) have been a judge over this nation, gladly do I make my own defense concerning these things.
And when he was summoned, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying: “Since we have enjoyed a long period of peace through your (sou | σοῦ | gen sg 2nd) rule, and since reforms are being made in the nation by your foresight,
he said, “I will give you (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) a hearing when your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) accusers arrive.” Then he commanded that Paul be guarded in Herod’s headquarters.
And when it was disclosed to me that there would be a plot against the man, I sent him to you (se | σέ | acc sg 2nd) at once, ordering his accusers also to speak against him to you.” (sou | σοῦ | gen sg 2nd)
But you (sy | σύ | nom sg 2nd) should not be persuaded by them, for more than forty of their men are lying in wait for him and have bound themselves by an oath neither to eat nor drink until they kill him. And now they are ready, awaiting your (sou | σοῦ | gen sg 2nd) consent.”
