Download problems

If you click a link to download a file, and something else happens, then here is how to fix the problem. Basically, you have to tell your browser what you want it to do. You do this by right clicking (control-click on a Mac) the link and choose the option to download the file.

Login, Passwords, and User Accounts

Policies

The accounts are free, you can delete them at any time, and we do not share emails with anyone.

Signing up and lost passwords

When you create an account, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you specify. There will be a link on that email; you have to click on that to activate your account. If you do not get an email, then please recheck your spelling and your spam folder.

If you ever forget your password, click on the link "Lost password?" in the Login menu and you will be sent an email with your password.

How to use this site

Online Classes

The home page (i.e., where you were when you clicked to come to this page) lists the classes we offer.

User Account

We encourage you to create an account. It is not necessary, but it will help us know how to serve you better. (Your personal information is safe, and is never shared with anyone.) The account is free and you can remove it whenever you wish. This user account is the same as the account created if you purchased something from us. You can access it from the footer on every page on this site.
