“Ha! What do you have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are — the Holy (hagios | ἅγιος | nom sg masc) One of God!”
and the Holy (hagion | ἅγιον | acc sg neut) Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove; and a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well pleased.”
John gave an answer to all, saying, “I indeed baptize you with water, but there is coming one who is mightier than I, of whom I am not worthy to untie the thong of his sandals. He it is who will baptize you with the Holy (hagiō | ἁγίῳ | dat sg neut) Spirit and fire.
Now there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon, and this man was righteous and devout, waiting expectantly for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy (hagion | ἅγιον | nom sg neut) Spirit was upon him.
