according to the eternal (aiōnōn | αἰώνων | gen pl masc) purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,

and to make it plain to all what is the administration of the mystery, which was kept hidden for ages (aiōnōn | αἰώνων | gen pl masc) in God who created all things,

to demonstrate in the ages (aiōsin | αἰῶσιν | dat pl masc) to come the incomparable riches of his grace in kindness to us in Christ Jesus.

in which you once lived according to the course (aiōna | αἰῶνα | acc sg masc) of this world, according to the ruler of the realm of the air, of the spirit that is now energizing the sons of disobedience.

infinitely superior to every ruler, authority, power, or dominion — every name that can be named — not only in this age (aiōni | αἰῶνι | dat sg masc) but also in the age to come.

to whom be glory forever and ever! Amen.

who gave himself for our sins in order to rescue us from this present evil age (aiōnos | αἰῶνος | gen sg masc), according to the will of our God and Father,

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus, he who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying.
