By Silvanus, a faithful brother as I regard him, I have written briefly to you, exhorting and testifying that this is the true (alēthē | ἀληθῆ | acc sg fem) grace of God. Stand fast in it.

This testimony is true (alēthēs | ἀληθής | nom sg fem), for which reason rebuke them sharply, so that they may be healthy in the faith,

Finally, brothers, whatever is true (alēthē | ἀληθῆ | nom pl masc), whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things.

through glory and dishonor, through slander and praise; as deceivers, and yet true (alētheis | ἀληθεῖς | nom pl masc) men;

By no means! Let God be true (alēthēs | ἀληθής | nom sg masc) and every man a liar. As it is written, “so that you may be justified in your words and prevail when you are judged.”

And he went out and followed him, and he did not know that what was being done by the angel was real (alēthes | ἀληθές | nom sg neut), but thought he was seeing a vision.

This is the disciple who is bearing witness about these things and who wrote these things, and we know that his witness is true (alēthēs | ἀληθής | nom sg fem).

(The man who saw this has borne witness to it so that you too may believe. His witness is true, and he knows that he is telling the truth.) (alēthē | ἀληθῆ | acc pl neut)

Many people came to him and were saying, “John performed no miraculous sign, but everything he said about this man was true!” (alēthē | ἀληθῆ | nom pl neut)

I have many things to say about you by way of judgment; but the one who sent me is truthful (alēthēs | ἀληθής | nom sg masc), and I say to the world only that which I have heard from him.”
