And when they had carried (etelesan | ἐτέλεσαν | aor act ind 3 pl) out everything that was written about him, they took him down from the tree and laid him in a tomb.

When he had taken the sour wine, Jesus said, “It is accomplished!” (tetelestai | τετέλεσται | perf pass ind 3 sg) And he bowed his head and handed over his spirit.

After this Jesus, knowing that all was (tetelestai | τετέλεσται | perf pass ind 3 sg) now accomplished (tetelestai | τετέλεσται | perf pass ind 3 sg), so that the Scripture would be fulfilled, said, “I am thirsty.”

For I tell you that there must be (telesthēnai | τελεσθῆναι | aor pass inf ) fulfilled (telesthēnai | τελεσθῆναι | aor pass inf ) in me what stands written: ‘And he was numbered with the lawless.’ And indeed, that which concerns me has its fulfillment.”
