Then Jesus said to them, “The light will be with you for (chronon | χρόνον | acc sg masc) yet a little while (chronon | χρόνον | acc sg masc). Keep walking while you have the light, so that the darkness will not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

Then Jesus said, “I will be with you for a little while (chronon | χρόνον | acc sg masc) longer, and then I am going back to the one who sent me.

When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in that condition for a long time (chronon | χρόνον | acc sg masc) already, he said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”

Upon seeing Jesus, Herod was very glad, since for a long time (chronōn | χρόνων | gen pl masc) he had been wanting to see him, because of what he had heard about him, and he was hoping to see some miraculous sign done by him.

Then he began to tell the people this parable: “A man planted a vineyard and leased it to tenants; then he went away for quite some time (chronous | χρόνους | acc pl masc).

He didn’t want to for a time (chronon | χρόνον | acc sg masc). But later on he said to himself, ‘Though I neither fear God nor have regard for people,

For Jesus had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man; for many times (chronois | χρόνοις | dat pl masc) it had seized him and he was kept under guard and bound with chains and shackles, yet he would break his bonds and be driven by the demon into the desert.

When he stepped out on the land, a man from the town met him, who was possessed by demons, and for a long time (chronō | χρόνῳ | dat sg masc) had not worn clothes or had lived in a house but among the tombs.

Then he led him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time (chronou | χρόνου | gen sg masc).

The time (chronos | χρόνος | nom sg masc) arrived for Elizabeth to give birth, and she bore a son.
