And all who heard him were astonished and said, “Is not this the man who in Jerusalem was trying to destroy those who called on this name? And has he not come here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb) for the very purpose of bringing them bound before the chief priests?”

And here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb) he has authority from the chief priests to imprison all who call on your name.”

Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb), and examine my hands; and reach out your hand, and put it into my side. Do not continue in unbelief, but believe.”

When Mary came to where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet, saying to him, “Lord, if you had been here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb), my brother would not have died.”

Martha then said to Jesus, “Lord, if you had been here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb), my brother would not have died.

And when they found him on the other side of the lake, they said to him, “Rabbi, when did you come here?” (hōde | ὧδε | adverb)

“There is a little boy here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb) who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are they for so many?”

He is not here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb), but he has been raised. Remember how he spoke to you, while he was still in Galilee,

But they kept insisting, saying, “He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, from Galilee even to this (hōde | ὧδε | adverb) place.”

So they said, “Lord, look! Here (hōde | ὧδε | adverb) are two swords.” Then he told them, “It is enough.”
