When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her weeping, he was deeply moved in his spirit and greatly distressed (etaraxen | ἐτάραξεν | aor act ind 3 sg).
The sick man answered him, “Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred (tarachthē | ταραχθῇ | aor pass subj 3 sg) up, but while I am on my way someone else steps down ahead of me.”
for they all saw him and were terrified (etarachthēsan | ἐταράχθησαν | aor pass ind 3 pl). But immediately he spoke with them and said to them, “Take courage! It is I. Do not be afraid!”
When the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were frightened (etarachthēsan | ἐταράχθησαν | aor pass ind 3 pl) and said, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out in fear.
who will transform our lowly (tapeinōseōs | ταπεινώσεως | gen sg fem) bodies into the likeness of his glorious body, by the power that also enables him to subject all things to himself.
In humiliation (tapeinōsei | ταπεινώσει | dat sg fem) justice was taken from him. His family history who will declare? For his life is taken away from the earth.”
