But an angel of the Lord during the night opened the doors of the prison and (te | τε | conj) brought them out and said,

and more than ever believers were added to the Lord, multitudes both (te | τε | conj) of men and women,

And with great power the apostles continued to give the testimony of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and (te | τε | conj) great grace was upon them all.

For truly there were gathered together in this city against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed, both (te | τε | conj) Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel,

But (te | τε | conj) seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they had nothing to say in opposition.

Seeing the boldness of Peter and John, and coming to find that they were uneducated and common men, they were astonished and (te | τε | conj) recognized that as those who had been with Jesus.

And (te | τε | conj) every day, they continued to gather together in the temple, breaking bread from house to house, sharing their food with joy and simplicity of heart,

Fear came upon every soul, and (te | τε | conj) many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles.

And (te | τε | conj) with many other words he gave them warning and pleaded with them, saying, “Escape from this corrupt generation.”

Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and (te | τε | conj) they said to Peter and the other apostles, “My brothers, what shall we do?”
