treacherous, reckless, conceited, loving pleasure (philēdonoi | φιλήδονοι | nom pl masc) rather than loving God,

Outside are the dogs, those who practice the occult, the sexually immoral, murderers, idolaters, and everyone who loves (philōn | φιλῶν | pres act ptcp nom sg masc) and practices falsehood.

As many as I love (philō | φιλῶ | pres act subj 1 sg), I reprove and discipline; so be earnest and repent.

All those with me greet you. Greet those who love (philountas | φιλοῦντας | pres act ptcp acc pl masc) us in the faith. Grace be with all of you.

If anyone does (philei | φιλεῖ | pres act ind 3 sg) not love (philei | φιλεῖ | pres act ind 3 sg) the Lord, let him be accursed. Our Lord has come!

He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love (phileis | φιλεῖς | pres act ind 2 sg) me?” Peter was distressed that Jesus had asked him for the third time, “Do you love (phileis | φιλεῖς | pres act ind 2 sg) me?” He said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love (philō | φιλῶ | pres act ind 1 sg) you.” Jesus said to him, “Take care of my sheep.

He said to him again, a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love (philō | φιλῶ | pres act ind 1 sg) you.” Jesus said to him, “Look after my sheep.”

When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these others do?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love (philō | φιλῶ | pres act ind 1 sg) you.” Jesus said to him, “Take care of my lambs.”

So she went running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved (ephilei | ἐφίλει | imperf act ind 3 sg), and said to them, “They have taken our Master out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have put him!”

for the Father himself loves (philei | φιλεῖ | pres act ind 3 sg) you, because you have (pephilēkate | πεφιλήκατε | perf act ind 2 pl) loved (pephilēkate | πεφιλήκατε | perf act ind 2 pl) me and have come to believe that I came forth from God.
