Answering them he said, “O unbelieving generation! How long must I be with you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd)? How long must I put up with you (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd)? Bring him to me.”
And he said to them, “I tell you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) the truth, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God having come with power.”
Jesus, aware of this, said to them, “Why are you discussing the fact that you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive or understand? Do you have hardened hearts?
Sighing deeply in his spirit, he said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? I tell you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) the truth, no sign will be given to this generation.”
So he said to them, “Are you (hymeis | ὑμεῖς | nom pl 2nd) too so lacking in understanding? Do you not know that nothing coming into a man from outside is able to defile him,
But you (hymeis | ὑμεῖς | nom pl 2nd) say, ‘If a man says to his father or mother, “Whatever help you might have received from me is Corban” (that is, given to God),
And he said to them, “You are clever at setting aside the command of God in order to establish your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) own (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) tradition.
