But when you (sy | σύ | nom sg 2nd) fast, anoint your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) head with oil and wash your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) face,

may your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) kingdom come, may your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Pray then like this: ‘Our Father in heaven, may your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) name be revered,

But when you (sy | σύ | nom sg 2nd) pray, go into your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) room, and when you have shut the door, pray to your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) Father who is in secret; and your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) Father who sees in secret will reward you (soi | σοι | dat sg 2nd).

so that your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) almsgiving may be in secret; and your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) Father who sees in secret will reward you (soi | σοι | dat sg 2nd).

But when you (sou | σοῦ | gen sg 2nd) are giving alms, do not let your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) left hand know what your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) right hand is doing,

So whenever you give alms do not sound a trumpet before you (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd), as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be praised by others. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward.

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) neighbor and hate your (sou | σου | gen sg 2nd) enemy.’

Give to the one who asks of you (se | σε | acc sg 2nd), and do not turn down the one who wants to borrow from you (sou | σοῦ | gen sg 2nd).

And whoever compels you (se | σε | acc sg 2nd) to go one mile, go with him two.
