Therefore I want you to understand that no one (oudeis | οὐδείς | nom sg masc) speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is accursed!” and no one (oudeis | οὐδείς | nom sg masc) can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
