If a man was already circumcised when he was called (eklēthē | ἐκλήθη | aor pass ind 3 sg), he should not conceal his circumcision. If a man was not circumcised when he was called (keklētai | κέκληται | perf pass ind 3 sg), he should not submit to circumcision.
