Now Herod was very angry with the Tyrinians and (kai | καί | conj) the Sidonians, and with one accord they came to him and (kai | καί | conj) when they had persuaded Blastus, who was in charge of the bed-chamber of the king, they asked for peace because their country’s food-supply was provided by the king’s country.
