This is the one who came by water (hydatos | ὕδατος | gen sg neut) and blood — Jesus Christ; not by water (hydati | ὕδατι | dat sg neut) only but by water (hydati | ὕδατι | dat sg neut) and blood. And the Spirit is the one who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
