For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit (pneumatos | πνεύματος | gen sg neut), and the desires of the Spirit (pneuma | πνεῦμα | nom sg neut) are against the flesh; for these are opposed to one another, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.
