For this reason the promise is based on faith (pisteōs | πίστεως | gen sg fem), that it may depend on grace and be made certain to all his descendants, not only to those who are under the law, but also to those who share the faith (pisteōs | πίστεως | gen sg fem) of Abraham, who is the father of us all.
