From that time Jesus began to explain to his (autou | αὐτοῦ | gen sg masc3rd) disciples that he (auton | αὐτόν | acc sg masc3rd) must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and ruling priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised.
