As soon as it was morning, the ruling (archiereis | ἀρχιερεῖς | nom pl masc) priests (archiereis | ἀρχιερεῖς | nom pl masc), after holding a consultation with the elders and scribes and the entire council, bound Jesus, led him away, and handed him over to Pilate.
