“Repent and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Χριστός.” (Matt 2:38)
“Simon Peter answered, ‘You are the Χριστός, the Son of the living God.’ ” (Matt 16:16)
In the Old Testament and the earlier parts of the New Testament CristovV was a title, but as you move through Acts and it becomes so closely associated with Jesus that it becomes a personal name like "Jesus" and should be capitalized.
| Galatians 2:17 | But if, while seeking to be justified in Christ (Christō | Χριστῷ | dat sg masc), we ourselves have also been found to be sinners, is Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) then a servant of sin? Of course not! |
| Galatians 2:19 | For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ (Christō | Χριστῷ | dat sg masc); |
| Galatians 2:20 | and I no longer live, but Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. |
| Galatians 2:21 | I do not nullify the grace of God; for if righteousness could be gained through the law, then Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) died for nothing! |
| Galatians 3:1 | O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) was publicly exhibited as crucified? |

| Galatians 3:14 | in order that in Christ (Christō | Χριστῷ | dat sg masc) Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. |
| Galatians 3:16 | Now the promises were made to Abraham and to his descendant. Scripture does not say, “and to descendants,” referring to many, but “and to your descendant,” referring to one, who is Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc). |
| Galatians 3:22 | But the Scripture confined everything under sin, so that what was promised through faith in Jesus Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc) might be given to those who believe. |
| Galatians 3:24 | Thus the law was our disciplinarian until the time of Christ (Christon | Χριστόν | acc sg masc), so that we might be declared righteous by faith. |
| Galatians 3:26 | For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ (Christō | Χριστῷ | dat sg masc) Jesus. |
| Galatians 3:27 | For as many of you as were baptized into Christ (Christon | Χριστόν | acc sg masc) have clothed yourselves with Christ (Christon | Χριστόν | acc sg masc). |
| Galatians 3:28 | Now there is neither Jew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ (Christō | Χριστῷ | dat sg masc) Jesus. |
| Galatians 3:29 | And if you belong to Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc), then you are descendants of Abraham, heirs according to the promise. |
| Galatians 4:14 | and though my condition was a trial to you, you did not despise or reject me, but you welcomed me as an angel of God, as though I were Christ (Christon | Χριστόν | acc sg masc) Jesus. |
| Galatians 4:19 | My little children, for whom I am again in the pain of childbirth until Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) is formed in you, |
| Galatians 5:1 | For freedom Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery. |
| Galatians 5:2 | Listen! I, Paul, tell you that if you agree to circumcision, Christ (Christos | Χριστός | nom sg masc) will be of no benefit to you. |
| Galatians 5:4 | You have cut yourself off from Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc), you who are trying to be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace. |
| Galatians 5:6 | For in Christ (Christō | Χριστῷ | dat sg masc) Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith expressing itself through love. |
| Galatians 5:24 | And those who belong to Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc) Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. |
| Galatians 6:2 | Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc). |
| Galatians 6:12 | Those who want to make a good showing in the flesh, they are the ones trying to force you to be circumcised — only so that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc). |
| Galatians 6:14 | But may I never boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc), through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. |
| Galatians 6:18 | May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc) be with your spirit, my brothers. Amen. |
