Then Paul took the men and on the next day he purified (hagnistheis | ἁγνισθείς | aor pass ptcp nom sg masc) himself (hagnistheis | ἁγνισθείς | aor pass ptcp nom sg masc) with them and went into the temple, giving notice of the completion of the days of the purification, at which time the sacrifice would be offered on behalf of each one of them.
