For every high priest, being chosen from among men (anthrōpōn | ἀνθρώπων | gen pl masc), is appointed on behalf of men (anthrōpōn | ἀνθρώπων | gen pl masc) to represent them in matters related to God, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins.
