Accordingly, if she is joined to (andri | ἀνδρί | dat sg masc) another man (andri | ἀνδρί | dat sg masc) while her husband (andros | ἀνδρός | gen sg masc) is alive, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband (anēr | ἀνήρ | nom sg masc) dies, she is free from that law, so that she is not an adulteress if she marries another man (andri | ἀνδρί | dat sg masc).
