When Jesus saw that a crowd was quickly gathering, he rebuked the unclean spirit (pneumati | πνεύματι | dat sg neut), saying to it, “Mute and deaf spirit (pneuma | πνεῦμα | voc sg neut), I command you, come out of him and never enter him again!”
