Difficulties Creating Databases

(Working with FlashWorks 4.2a, I believe.)
I am looking to create a set of the "Hebrew Alphabeit", in order to practice it.
The "help file" says that I can leave certain spaces empty (such as "chapter"), but it continually gives me an error message that I did not define "MEANING" or "CHAPTER" properly in "Line 1". 
Basically, this is the error message, no matter if I "TAB" correctly, or "carriage return" at the end.
